Thank you for your participation in our satisfaction survey regarding the programs you wish to see in our offer for 2021 as well as the improvements to be made to our existing programs. It was an opportunity for us to listen to your opinions on our products and we were delighted to receive so many responses with great insight.

You were 57.69% who told us that our program offer is fairly complete. 7.69% of you would like us to offer new programs and analytes in Bacteriology and Point of Intervention. And finally 3.85% would like to see new programs / analytes in Chemistry, Clinical Microscopy, Diagnostic Immunology, Mycobacteriology, Mycology and Parasitology.
