Oneworld Accuracy (1WA) is successfully collaborating with more than 50 organizations / EQA providers from around the globe. 1WA continually strives to extend this successful collaboration to more organizations involved in EQA endeavors to help attain 1WA goal which is achieve universal testing accuracy for improved healthcare for all people.
This fall, 1WA executives conducted a series of meetings during their trip in South East Asia covering Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and The Philippines.
The objective of the trip was to meet with some of the most influential EQA providers, learn about their EQA efforts & challenges, introduce 1WA and its unique collaborative EQA model, and then identify the best ways of collaboration with these organizations.
This trip was also a great opportunity to visit Manila and meet with 1WA’s most successful collaboration members. 1WA has been collaborating with the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), Transfusion Transmissible Infections (TTI) and the National Reference Laboratory for HIV & AIDS (SACCL) for over 10 years.
These three distinguished organizations with 1WA collaboration are supporting more than 5,000 laboratories in the Philippines with approximately 12,000 subscriptions combined each year to laboratories all over the Philippines using samples that they prepare and OASYS for the results submission and performance evaluations.
More news on 1WA collaboration in South East Asia will be announced in the near future.
